Current BJJ World Absolute Champion Xande Ribeiro is releasing a DVD showcasing some of his training and mental approach to winning the title. The DVD was filmed in Hawaii where Xande did the final training and preparation for his successful campaign to win the Absolute title. It features some of his training including under water drills and more.
