CARLOS SANTOS AND UNIVERSITY OF STIRLINGThe Centre for English Language Teaching at The University of Stirling has joined forces with a number of leading sports providers to offer during summer the following Sports plus English Language instruction packages:
• English plus Premier Football Training (including a visit to the world-famous Manchester United FC)
• English plus Golf (incorporating golf clinics with a PGA Golf Professional plus play at the ancient and world-renowned golf courses at St Andrews and Gleneagles)
• English plus Self-defence / Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with three-times World Champion Carlao Santos of the Brazilian Top Team and the Emirates Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Team
Located in the heart of Central Scotland, Stirling offers easy access to the Scottish Highlands and to the vibrant cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Stirling University is located on one of the most beautiful campuses in Europe. The English Language Centre is situated in an 18th century castle, which overlooks a lake and mountains.
Students on the above programmes will enjoy a friendly atmosphere, good staff/student ratios, and access to first-class study and leisure facilities, including the university library, computing rooms, and the Olympic-level training facilities (swimming, tennis, track and field) provided by the Scottish Institute of Sport. The campus is also home to a golf course and a cinema and theatre complex.
