Kid Peligro Jiu-Jitsu News . . . 2007 European BJJ Heats up - ADCC Brazil Trials and more

The 2007 European BJJ Titles have just heated up a couple of notches as Brasa Team departs with force for the event. Leo Vieira. LEo Castello Branco, Reinaldo Ribeiro and Chico Mendes lead the group, they will be in Sweden preparing the rest of the gang to make a show of force comes event time. Brasa is reported to be entering a 50 member team in the titles.
In other HUGE news, it is unconfirmed but . . . current World Absolute Champion Alexandre Ribeiro has signed up to compete in the European. If he follows through with the internet sign up, he will definetly be facing the likes of Braulio 'Carcara' Estima & Lucio 'Lagarto' Rodrigues and others in the event.

ADCC Brazil Trials Just around the corner
With less than 2 weeks to go until the Januray 26th sign up deadline,Brazilian Trials promoters are raving about the quality of the athletes already signed up. Amongst the most talented and known are Romulo Barral, Andre Galvao & 2005 U65KG runner-up Rani Yahia, Leonardo Chocolate, Fabricio Morango, Rubens 'Cobrinha' Charles & Tarsis Humphreys.
Promoters are expecting over 64 fighters for some of the most popular categories (U77 & U88) guaranteeing that the trials winners will be top candidates to also taking the main event in May 2007.

Winter Wars 5
'I just wanted to let you all know about our 2007 edition of Winter Wars 5. It will take place Feburary 10th at the Greenhill School in Dallas, TX.
Attached is all the details of the event. We expect to have a turnout of about 300-400 competitors this time around. Awards will be ginen out to each 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Each competitor will receive a FREE tournament t-shirt.
