Our proposal to host the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games is based on the concept of holding all the sports within the city limits, which would bring a dynamic feel to the Games, optimize resources and facilitate athlete integration, transportation, and public attendance at all events. All competition venues and non-competition for delegations and the press are concentrated in four main clusters.
