U.G.A.:

UGA invites all academies

Ground Control II takes place March 17
By the promoters

On March 17, United Grappling Association will host it’s second tournament, Ground Control II at Tufts University. As many of you already know, Ground Control I, held la st August, was a tremendous success. There were over 120 competitors representing 24 teams throughout the Northeast and Canada . It is with great anticipation, that we have announced the details for Ground Control II.

We wish to invite all athletes and academies willing to take part in UGA Ground Control II. As jiu jitsu/MMA athletes ourselves, we founded United Grappling Association with the very important mission of providing top quality tournaments to those athletes who train hard the entire year. We pride ourselves on our high level grappling mats, superior medals, and most importantly our dedication to providing the best atmosphere for athletes of all levels and ages to compete.

It is our belief, that nothing strengthens athletes, academies and the sport of jiu jitsu/submission grappling more than high level competitions. By preparing your students to participate in Ground Control II, you will keep them motivated and enthused. Just like our first event, we are sure Ground Control II will be a great way to demonstrate team pride and col la boration. It is also a tremendous way for you and your athletes to network with other people sharing your same passion for jiu jitsu/submission grappling.

As an added incentive, we will be adding the name of all teams who were represented, along with a link to their website, on our website. It is our mission to continue the growth of the United Grappling Association and we are sure that your academy will want to grow along with us.

Please be sure to visit
www.ugafighter.com for more information, pictures from our first event and pre-registration forms. We hope to see you and your team on March 17.
