JUDO WORLD CUP:

During four days, the Cidade Maravilhosa (Wonderfull City), famous for its beaches, carnival and natural beauty, will be known as the Judo Capital of the World. Around 800 athletes of 120 countries will be in Rio de Janeiro seeking consecration. This year, the World Championship is worth more than medals: the first five of each category will classify for the Beijing Olympic Games, in 2008. We, at CBJ, are proud to bring to Brazil the 25th edition of the World Judo Championship, the biggest international happening of this sport. May the event be as beautiful as its stage and bring many other victories to Brazil. We are counting on your support.
